It is nearly 3am

and I'm sat here in the lounge on a sofa listening to The Album Leaf, I dont care about sleeping rite now cause this music is just to good.

I also just listened to the self titled album by Mute Math, another cracker!!

I'm also chatting to Jessica, she wanted me to put that in.

Tonight is going to be a good night, it's Scotty P's birthday and Me, Jack, Will, Baz, Picot, Core, Dom, Moyo and Tobin are heading out on THE PARTY BUS! to go clubbing in canterbury!

A day of coincidences!

woooaaaah!

Long day!

soooooo, woke up at 8am, had a shower etc... Will came round just before 9 and then we set off to get the 9.18 bus!

Sure enough, the bus came, and here are a few photos of the journey on the bus!

Can you believe how many old people get the bus to Ashford in the morning!! haha, look at number one clinging onto the seat in front of her for dear life!

So anyway, we got to the station and then we got on a fast train to London! It was pretty funny watching Will get the tickets from the machine as it would not take his £10 note, no matter how many times he fed it through, in fact it was hilarious watching how frustrated he was getting, from the other side of the station (I was laughing by my self) Here are some photos of Me and Will on the Train:

We arrived at Charing Cross, London at about 11am and headed to the underground, we knew we needed to go to some where in Clapham, but we had no idea where, so we got the underground to the first stop in Clapham and decided that we would get the bus from there! Here's some pictures from the underground!

So then we got to Clapham North and got a bus, here's a picture of me at the bus stop :-)


So we got a bus to Wandsworth Road and started walking about looking for the Inigo Bar, only to realize that Wandsworth Road was like 1 million miles long, so in the end we rang Matt (The person who we were meeting up with) and he came and picked us up and took us straight there! About 50 minutes later Ed turned up, and we set up and played our instruments, we spoke about some pretty cool stuff but I cant really talk about it!

Anyway, after this meeting we decided that we were going to hang out in London for the rest of the day! We had to hang around at Ed's car for about 30 minutes so that the parking could turn free for the rest of the day or something. In this time I went on a little adventure around Clapham town whilst Ed and Will waited in the car. I found a TV show being filmed by Sky 1, it was called Music Hall Breakdown or something? I decided to sneak in to this area and I stood around for a bit and looked at like the camera men and presenters and stuff, unfortunately, Will had the camera in the car with him, so I have no photos of this!

Once the waiting around in the car finished we all went to the train station to go into main central London, Ed had to get a ticket, but me and Will had travel cards, here's a photo of Ed getting his train ticket:Here is a photo of me and Ed at Waterloo station whilst Will was having a pee:

So yeah, we went to a few places, not many, but a few, we went to Leicester Square, past the London Astoria to see all the people queuing to see The Academy Is later that night, to the Trocadero Games Arcade and into Sound Control and Virgin Mega Store at the top of Tottenham Court Road! So yeah, there are the pics, that was the day, unfortunately the battery ran out on the camera for pics on the way home, but I can assure you that they would have been pretty similar to the pics on the way up here, maybe a picture of Will asleep on the train would have been good but never mind!

The only thing left to say is to explain the title of this blog! "A day of coincidences"

This is because, well, a total of 4 things happened today by complete coincidence!

The first thing that happened was that after we got out of the tube at Clapham North station Will said to me that he needed to get some earplugs, and as he said this I looked down on the floor and I saw some earplugs!

The second thing was that as we were talking to Matt, it turned out that he also worked at Sony BMG, he runs the Sales department, its pretty crazy seeing as I've been working there as well!

The third thing was that when we were waiting in Ed's car for the parking thing, Will's house mate from university (in Exeter) walked past us (the person who lives in the room NEXT TO HIM!!) So we chatted to her and her friend for a while!

The fourth thing was that as we were walking through the busy busy rush hour at Waterloo station, Will walked into someone else from his uni, who was in his form group, which was made up of 6 people!!!

its crazy! its a small world!

anyway, I cant believe it is now almost 3am, I really should go to sleep, I really hope at least 5 of you read this! :-)

the last few days have been pretty fun! on Thursday I went into Scotty P's college to collect some stuff. That night Scott went and bought a PLAYSTATION 3!!!!! so then on Friday after college he bought it round and we played it all night, up until Ed and Will came over and decided on playing Nintendo Wii instead. I got pretty drunk that night :-p

On Saturday dan.ed.will had an awesome band practice to prepare for a gig that night in Deal. In the practice we re wrote some songs and I've gotta say that "I only got in the car because you said it was going to Hollywood" is now sounding AMAZING!

So that night we played at The Deck in Deal with Data.Select.Party and This City. That was an awesome gig! Again, I got pretty drunk that night (after we played)

Yesterday Me Scott and Jack went to Bluewater as Jack wanted to purchase a MacBook! We went to the Apple store and unfortunately they couldn't offer him one on finance due to the fact that he was under the age of 23, which seems ridiculous as he has a car on finance! It was getting late so we quickly raced to Chatam to go to PC World in hope to get one there, unfortunately it was CLOSED. :-(

As we were driving out of the business estate with PC World in it I looked over at TOYS R' US! and suddenly remembered that I had seen Apple computers in their catalog once, so I was like STOP, TURN AROUND, they do them in Toys R' Us, and Scott and Jack were like,.. ppffffttt, yeah rite! So then we went in (Luckily they were still open) and what do we see! MacBooks! So Jack spoke to the supervisor about finance etc.... and I remembered that you were allowed to ride on all the scooters and bikes in the store, so I went off and I was burning it around the store on a Bratz Micro Scooter for ages which was simply AWESOME!

We then came home and played on PS3 again, its really good! We were playing on Motor Storm and Tony Hawks Project 8! Me and Scott played this until 5 am.

We got up at 12 today and played some more, and now Scott's just gone home to do some college work.

I am bored.

What have I done in the last few days???

NOTHING!! haha...

Yesterday me and Scott played on Wii, ALL DAY!!! I also got pretty borreeeeedd, and made this thing out of a bottle and a kitchen role tube... I don't really know what it is but I've taken a picture and I shall post the picture below:



As you can see, my dad sneaked into this picture as well! I'd like to call this creation - 'Bottle with a tube attached' (copyright March 2007)

Today I overslept, had a shower and went for a drive with mum! It was a pretty fun drive! We went to the potato place to pick up a sack of potatoes, we went to Wills House to pick up Will, and then we went to Tescos to get some Bin Liners! At one point in this drive I did a WHEEL SPIN!!!!! which was pretty exciting,.. but then at the same time, I am not proud of this, it was a silly mistake and I shouldn't have been rushing myself.

So then we got home and me and Will played about with some music,... haha, well basically I just showed him a few things on Reason and he played guitar along to a few drum patterns... It wasn't very creative so we went down stairs and played some Wii! Then we had dinner (Meat balls with Pasta) before Will went home! I've just been out hanging out with Hayley and Mary-Anne and now I'm home and I am well bored!

the last few days

well hello.

I'm kinda lost on what to write!

I've done nothing MEGA! in particular, but lots of small things...

one hi-light would be that William Quick is back from uni for 5 WEEKS!!! I've been hanging out with him last night and today, that was awesome!

He has the best garden ever, I ran around it loads, hanging out with his Peacocks and Chickens... was great! :-D Me and Scotty P were racing it around doing 360's at the top of this little hill thing, was funny.

Last night, we (Me, Scotty and Will) went to the pub for a quick one and then came back here and played some Wii and got sloshed on large bottles of Stella... haha

Thursday and Friday was just working at college and Tescos!

Tomorrow Will is coming round again and we're going to set work on some new dan.ed.will material!

yep, thats right, I'm sat here in my dressing gown updating this blog.

Southampton is SO COOL! It is like the best place ever, I love it and I really cant wait to start university there... 36 THOUSAND!! students....

so yep, Me and Matt had a tour of the campus and the accommodation and then we had a venture around the town to which I found an APPLE STORE! (as in the company who make i-pods,... not fruit) waheeeeyyy, I am SO going to get a job there when I start uni!!!

so its 00.50 and I've gotta get up in 7 hours for sucky college, but i'm actually going to work a lot harder now because I realllyyyy want to get into uni!

not much Wii today, I got to work an hour late and stayed there until 10pm, got home and had a quick sesh, but I've just had a shower really and thats it! Scotty P is to my left eating an apple, he thought it was funny as he has not had an apple in years...

I went to a clubby pubby place last night in Portsmouth called The Registry, it was awesome, ONE POUND FOR A PINT! I cant wait to start the uni life!

Today I'm off to Southampton to look around the university there which will be pretty cool!

I GOT A WII!!!

This weekend has been all about Nintendo Wii, Beer and Sambuca! and my arms ACHE!

On Friday Me, Jack, Louis and Sarah were on our lunch break, in some random beer garden somewhere in Canterbury and I got a voice mail from Richard Jullion Barron telling me that they just got Nintendo Wiis' in Stock at GAME in Canterbury.

ZOOOOOOOMMM!

there I went, and got one!

So basically Friday night was Wii night...

Then Saturday was work, and theeeeeen,.... Wii! (please note, there is nothing else to do as the 8 Bells has now shut down)

We went and bought a new game and a crate of beer from Tescos, its hilarious, its called Wario Land or something! Its really funny, you have to do stuff like hold the controller against you nose and pretend its an elephants trunk. hahahaha!

Sunday pretty much consisted of the same as Saturday, Work and Wii! I got pretty drunk as well, sporting the sambuca shots.

Then today, well, wii have just been playing on the wii all day! I really want to go and do something out side, but there isn't really all that much to do! :-(

and everyones either at work or college....

Mite go on the trampoline in a little bit tho!

Today was average, another day at college, had lunch at spoons tho, that was a laugh! I had a BBQ Chicken Melt with chips, and additional cheesy chips! GOOD STUFF! I also knocked two pints back pretty quickly and was acting rather childish for the rest of the afternoon :-p

I threw a rock at Jack's ankle and it pretty much knocked him down, it was hilarious (note, he threw the rock at me first) admittedly, I came back at him a lot harder...

I've got a poopa head ache now. I just listened to "Rock 'n' Roll" by Ryan Adams, its a pretty good album, I bought it yesterday :-)

I'm failing miserably on Myspace at the moment, trying to make "fans" excited that I'm going to put up a new song tonight, I said I would if we could get 25 comments, so far, we have 12. Not sure what to do, haha. Back in the day this was easy!

Nothing left to say, I'm going to download a game!

Today was my last day for a while which sucks :-(

I'm really not looking forward to going back to college tomorrow, back to the real world :-(

I've got soooo much work to catch up on etc.. its just going to be a huge stress!

Today was really cool tho, I went to a pretty interesting meeting about internet marketing. The company MGM came in and did a presentation. Apart from that I just did the usual tasks and all that, emails phone calls etc... etc...

So yeah, I'm done there now for the time being, I'll be back there in about 3 weeks tho! :-D

I hate the fact..

...that I'm actually scared to eat cheese before I go to sleep as it gives you night mares.

The other week I thought "sod it!" So i ate ONE SLICE of cheese whilst making my packed lunch, and that night I had such a crap night sleep, ok I didn't get any nightmares but I kept waking up completely paranoid about like everything, and I was really sweaty and stuff.

There are some really nice cheese biscuit things down stairs, and I really want to have a few before I go to bed, but I'm just to scared! :-(

week 3!!!!!

hello again.

This blogs gonna be pretty short cause I've figured I'm just writing the same thing over and over again really. "today was chilled", "I sent emails and rang people", "I went to a meeting" you no, all that stuff! Cause again, thats what I have done today! It's pretty cool cause now I feel like I have more of a responsibility and I'm not just there to look over peoples shoulders etc... I'm set my own tasks and everything. Chuck took me on a cool tour around the place today tho, I met the guy who discovered The M People, he was called Mick and was the "M" of M People! haha. I also got to see the design rooms where they do art work and lots of other section of the label as well in a lot more detail.

One task today was to take out the booklets of 125 copies of the Ben Mills album. This was easy enough, but the problem was that each CD had a celophane wrap and it was soooo hard to get into each one. There was this one in particular, it must have taken me about 10 minutes to get into. So I finally got it open, and some how I guess my fingers must have spazzed and I managed to launch the CD into the wall and the whole case shattered! TYPICAL!

Anyway, I really need to go to bed, and before I go to bed I need to tidy my room as it is SUCH a mess! euurgh.

Also, last night me Scott Hannah and Josh met up with playradioplay at this random hotel/pub in Wye. Was pretty cool! Turns out he's recording there with this producer who's done loads of huge names like Bloc Party and a load of others who I've forgotten! He was with his A&R who was from Island records, he actually asked me for the link to my band and i was like oommggzzzz! I donno if he liked us or not tho, I think he did, he was nodding his head and smiling! check out play radio play by clicking HERE!

Hello everyone :-)

yesterday I didn't get a chance to update this!

Friday evening was the last time that Hot Shots (upstairs at the eight bells) was open to the public :-( It was a fun night! Was weeellllllll busy etc.. so yeah! Thats it really, didn't get any pictures tho :-(

Saturday I worked at Tesco - woooo. Still had a laugh etc... I cant complain!

and then! LAST NIGHT! - awesome. We went to this awesome house party! I don't know who's party it was, but there was a lot of people! and the house was like,.. well perfect for a house party! I don't actually think that anyone lived in the house cause there was no furniture at all! Just lots of rooms, lots of lights, and to top it off,.. THE LUNAR ECLIPSE!!!! Scott got this amazing photo of it, which I will put below.

today was my last day :-(

NOT! damn straight they want me back! im going back next week! wooweeewwaaawwaa!

only for two days tho as I have to go back to college next Wednesday:-(

but WOAH! what a busy day today! I've done loads!! like, LOADS! phone calls and emails all day! Nothing that cool but yeh i've been at my desk all day doing all sorts. Updating things, researching things, booking things, buying things, everything!

Just having a few cans now before we hit it at the bells later, its one of the last nights that the upstairs, the classical Hot Shots! will be open :-(

Sad times,....

Today I saw a fire! Well I saw loads of smoke coming out of a building, and I could hear sirens, exciting stuff!! I hope everyone was ok :-s

week 2 day 4

hello.

today I got to level 20 on TETRIS.

Today I have done various odd jobs. Lots more research with the coming up for a new name for the band, looking into anagrams and all sorts. haha, its getting a bit boring :-(

I've also rang a few other companies and stuff ordering things. quite fun learning about the costs and that! I cant give away to much, but I've been helping in the organisation of a guiness world record which is pretty cool :-p

I've also boxed up some CD's and stuff, collected some packages, sent some emails, and spoken to lots of people and stuff!

I didn't get a chance to go back and help Louise and I feel a bit bad about that cause she was really busy and sending out emails all day asking for help! Hopefully i'll be able to help tomorrow:-)

What is awesome tho, is that I bumped into Marina from Columbia and we spoke for agggggges and now she's hooked me up with two weeks more work experience in April which I cant wait for!! :-D That will be working in the Press department, so like, taking cuts out of magazines and reading up in interviews and stuff! It will be awesome!

so anyway, that about sums it up! It's taken me like an hour to write this blog, Scotty P is here guzzling up lots of beer. what a wrangler.

It's my last day tomorrow for a while :-( i'm gonna miss it but it has been AWESOME!!
